What Is Subaru Love-Encore?
Driving your new Subaru home for the first time is a great feeling. Somewhere between the test drive, the paperwork, and the handshake, though, a lot of information gets handed to you at once, and most of it doesn't stick.
That's exactly why Subaru Love-Encore exists.
Love-Encore is a complimentary second delivery: a relaxed, one-on-one appointment at Morrie's Bellevue Subaru, scheduled roughly 14 to 45 days after you take your vehicle home. By then you've lived with your Subaru for a few weeks. You know which button you've been avoiding. You've noticed the setting you can't find. You have real questions instead of theoretical ones.
You'll sit down with a Love-Encore Delivery Specialist. Not a salesperson, not a service advisor. Their only job that day is your vehicle. Together you'll walk through EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology, X-MODE®, the multi-function display, your Subaru Multimedia System, MySubaru® Connected Services, and anything else on your list. Settings get configured to your preferences. Your phone gets paired properly. Questions get answered until they're actually answered. Nothing gets rushed.
There's no charge, no sales pitch, and no obligation attached. It's simply how we'd want to be treated, and it's part of what Morrie's Promise means at our Bellevue store.
